
Maintaining a healthy daily routine is crucial for your skin’s overall well-being. Here are some tips to keep your skin luminous and lovely:
- Hit the gym! Exercising can help you de-stress. The increased blood flow from physical activity also helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to your skin cells.
- Moisturize! In cold winter months, remember to use rich creams and lip balm to give your skin additional moisture and to soothe cracked skin.

I try to wash my face every night before I go to bed and use spf everyday.
I keep it clean, don't retire at night with makeup on my face, use sunscreen, and be gentle to it.

I wash my face every night and do all the three steps (Cleaning, Toning and Moisturising) before going to bed and early in the morning first thing after waking up.

Agreed!! I drink a huge glass of OJ every morning. I also like to get lots of Vitamin A and Vitamin B into my systems as they help promote healthy skin as well :)

I love using masks every so often to get a deep-feeling clean!
I use 2 parts apple cider vinegar with 1 part water. Works wonders on my skin. Clears blemishes, tones my face, Dries up acne and heals red spots and keeps my skin soft + more. This has me really loving the the look and feel of my skin.

Exercising is not one of my most favorite activities but I do try and I have reached a routine which works ok for my skin. Cleansing, moisturizing and sunscreen are the key!
