Sugar skulls are crazy popular for Halloween. Since it was a few years ago when I did my first sugar skull makeup look I thought it would be fun to do another. This time I went with a brighter look thanks to Sugarpill and Milani.
A few tidbits about this look...Sugarpill 2am is a gorgeous lipcolor; the MAC 239 (or any brush similar to it) is PERFECT for creating the "petals" around my eye; Milani Color Play Felt-Tip Pens are ideal for this look.
