Drugstore Makeup Look: Colorful Eyeliner with wet n wild

One of my favorite eye makeup combinations is a neutral eye with striking, colorful eyeliner. For this slightly smokey, bold, yet easy-to-wear look, I used all wet n wild products...an eyeshadow trio, an 8-color-palette, some eyeshadow singles, and my favorite blue eyeliner EVER, wet n wild MegaLiner in Indigo.
