I absolutely love my Urban Decay 15th Anniversary Palette! It's still my all-time favorite Urban Decay palette. This look implements some gorgeous brown and neutral shadows, and the one teal shadow slightly smoked out. The finished look is a clean teal smoky eye that works for any eye color, but especially makes brown eyes pop.
