Sugarpill is known for its gorgeously bright and striking eyeshadows. However, just because an eyeshadow is bold doesn't mean that it can't be toned down a touch. For those who prefer not to wear bold makeup, and also for those who may work in a position that doesn't allow for daring makeup (like me), it's nice to be able to take a color and tone it down for "everyday" wear.
For this look, I used Goldilux--quite possibly the most amazing gold shadow I've ever seen--and paired it with some browns from my Tarte for True Blood palette.

gosh I love that gold color! recently I heard a lot of gold things about sugarpill...I need to go get some of their eyeshadows!
I love Goldilux! Have to get my hands on the True Blood Palette from Tarte since I saw your swatches! Love the lip colour you're wearing!
I keep searching for a perfect gold and can't find one. Maybe Sugarpill is the trick; I keep hearing they're great, but have yet to try any of their products.
Also, I love the soft look of lining with shadows. I've tried it, but even when I dot a primer under my lower lash line, it doesn't stay in place. Any tips?
