Like wet n wild said -- rich, creamy, and sparkly...add "beautiful" and "only 99 cents each" in there and that just about sums these pencils up. I love how they apply, especially for a pencil with sparkles in it. Some sparkle eyeliner pencils, especially at the drug store level, can feel a bit scratchy upon application because of the glitter. These absolutely do not. I will say though that they aren't the most long lasting pencils. They definitely need to be applied over a good base if you have normal/oily lids or eye areas in general. If you're more dry you may not have a problem at all.
Another alternative to making these last longer on the skin, and something that I typically do when I'm not using a long-lasting pencil, is to apply them OVER an eyeshadow. For example, along your bottom lashline, do a little eyeshadow first (one that matches the pencilor even white to brighten the pencil would work too!), and then apply this pencil over the top. It makes them last a lot longer.
My favorite is Blue! Gorgeous and deep with a pink sparkle.

Oh wow, those look so nice. The price is amazing. Definitely going to be getting some of them.
I have all the pencils except black but that's only because I never buy black eyeliner other than UD Zero. But I love the quality of these! The blue and copper are my favs!
