My review:
I haven't used it on my cheeks only because I'm not one for cheek stains but as far as lip stains go, the Balmshell Lip and Cheek Tint is by far one of the best I've ever tried. It's a gel so the consistency isn't watery or sticky like a lot of stains out there (it is slightly sticky upon application but dries and "mattes" out). It didn't dry out my lips or make them look dry when I wore it either which was a huge plus. Did I mention that it lasts? I did? Okay does...amazingly. It didn't wear off my lips at all; when I did swatches it stained my hand for the day which shows that it'll make for a great cheek stain as well. At $20 per stain, it's about average priced in comparison to others as well.

Also, but the sponge is pretty cool! Great for application without staining your fingers! You have to blend the stain is as soon as you place it though or you'll be able to see where you swiped or dotted it on.

Scandalous Scarlet
Shade: Rosy Red

Illustration information: What do you do when everyone is out to get you, but you're too busy canoodling with other boys to notice? Put on your best face of course! You wouldn't want to get caught without perfectly pouty red lips and cheeks to match would you? That's why BALMSHELL created this classic rosy red tint just for girls like Scandalous Scarlet.

Blended on the right (used the sponge to blend...worked great!)

Is it pretty similar to Benefit's Benetint?

Benetint is more of a watery consistency. Color-wise though, they're alike :)
