Review:
The e.l.f. Cream Eyeliners, for me, are exactly how e.l.f. describes them. Smooth to apply, smudge-proof, budge-proof, and water-resistant. I personally love them! Recently e.l.f. released a few new colors, 2 of which are shown here (Copper and Purple--which I LOVE). The liners also come with a small angled brush which is actually pretty nice, however I still like using a pencil style brush. If you're the angled brush type though, the e.l.f. brush is great.
PROS:
-only $3.00 USD each
-nice selection of colors
-water-resistant, smudge-proof
CONS:
-none that I can think of :)

Lovin' those colors!!! So you feel like they really are smudge-proof then as they claim? I'll have to check it out then cause I am def an angeled brush girl and for $3, I'm all for trying it out!

The copper one is actually very eyecatching to me. It would look great with a neutral color from UD Naked Palette....hmmmm very nice buy and of course the purple is to die for!
