Review:
These new Shimmering Eye Pencils from e.l.f. are definitely metallic and just gorgeous. They apply like a dream giving the eyes a pop of metallic color. Unfortunately, for me, the liners have a terrible lasting power throughout the day. They wipe away and fade incredibly easily and don't really set on the skin like most liners now do. What I did think was pretty cool was the built-in sharpener in the lid; it makes for a super easy, convenient way to sharpen your liners quickly and even on-the-go.
PROS:
-very affordable at $1.00 USD each
-good selection of colors (9 to choose from)
-smooth to apply/no tugging on the eye
-great if you love shimmer
CONS:
-very poor lasting power

These look like beautiful colors. I guess I'll give them a shot. All the Elf products that I've bought I haven't really liked. I bought a pencil brush and it broke! The top came off as soon as I took it off of the package. I bought some cream shadows and even with primer they crease ewwww. Not happy at all. I guess it's true you get what you pay for.

The colors are beautiful, love that Bronze, but I worry about the lasting power. I don't reapply liner during the day but the colors look great!
The twinkle teal is gorgeous!! Shame it doesn't last thought!!!

This review opened my eyes, How smart with a built-in sharpener in the pencap! That is a big + for me! :) I really liked the metallic effect, looks great, I´ve favourized Plum Passion, Grassy Green and boldly bronzed ;)
