As you can see, my natural brows are very sparse and barely there. I am in the process of letting my brows fill in a bit but that could take years. So, this is how I do my brows. If you have brows like mine, this could be a great option for you if you like the more defined, bold look. If you are lucky enough to have a fuller brow, you could still apply some of these same concepts to get the defined look.
Now, I've posted brow tutorials before. My process hasn't changed too much, however the products that I use have changed. I'm not using mostly Senna Cosmetics for my brows. I was sent the products for consideration a while ago and I've never changed from them since then. I even purchase the products myself now. They really are just superb in quality and the best brow products I've ever tried.
I'm using (links included):
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Senna Cosmetics Brow Duo in Brunette
Senna Cosmetics Double Brow Brush
MAC Studio Finish Concealer in NW25
Straight edge craft store brush
Flat, soft blending brush (any brush that will allow you to blend out concealer)
Senna Cosmetics Brow Fix 'X' in Taupe X
Start with a clean brow area.
Apply a small amount of an eyeshadow primer to the eye area. This primes the entire eye area, brows included, to make the eyeshadows and brow powders stick and last all day.
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Blend the primer into your brows and down onto the eyelid area (and under the eye as will if desired).
Next, using an angled brush and a brow powder that suits you, shape out the bottom portion of your brows.

Do the same for the top part of your brow.
And repeat for the end of your brow.
Using the same products, fill in between the lines.
Using a spoolie (other side of the Senna brush), brush through your brows. This will soften them a bit.
Nest, use concealer that matches your skintone to trace around the edges of your brows. This will clean up the edges and make the brows more defined.
Straight edge craft store brush and MAC Studio Finish Concealer (NW25)
Blend out the edges with a brush of your choosing.
Flat, soft blending brush
Using the same brush, tap just at the inner edge of your brow. This gets rid of the harsh edge created by the concealer and gives a softer appearance.
Apply your eye makeup and foundation.
Finally, using a brow gel, brush through the hairs of your brows. This will set them in place and also make the powder last a bit longer.
This particular tinted gel from Senna Cosmetics contains small fibers much like lengthening mascara does. This makes the brows appear a bit more full. It's great for people with sparse brows!
