I was incredibly skeptical of this eyeshadow quad before trying it. However, I am now impressed. Really impressed. The shadows are smooth, blendable, and very pigmented. I actually chose Punk Funk because I thought it would have the best color payoff; I just didn't realize how good the payoff would be. Very bright and very bold. I pretty much want all of these quads. What's amazing though is that one could get all of them for only $16. Amazing!
Each color is super bold except for the white. It comes off as more of a sheer light pink which is still gorgeous for highlighting and brightening the eye area, thus the name "Brighten Eye Color."

I'm impressed with the color payoff! When I tried their eye shadow quads in the past, they were very soft, not bright in the slightest.
woah that is great payoff!! I have one elf eye shadow quad that was so bad so I'm really surprised by these :)
Hmmm...now I'm wondering what the color payoffs on the other quads are like. They either improved them or I got lucky :D
I recently picked up their smokey eye quad and the payoff is off the charts!
I have this one, very pretty colors and indeed it has the greatest color payoff, I have another one, dnt remember the name but it's neutral color, they have great payoff & for a buck, it's worth trying.
Wow, that pink is incredible! I wish my Target actually carried more than just the ELF polishes.
It's the first time I read a positive review about elf eyeshadows. I wonder if it's because the other palettes are not as good or because the reviewers are biased thinking a cheap product can't be good.

Holy crap the colours are SO vibrant. Still don't get why it's called Brightening Eye Colour though, apart from the highlight shade

I just bought all of these also when purchasing the studio products at a 50% discount so I thought why not as I heard some of them were good. I have only opened two so far and I can only get the darkest color to show up so hopefully as I open the more coloful color palettes it will get better as you have shown here. I opened one called Matte Mauve and couldn't get any payoff...only with the darkest shade. I will keep going and hope the others are better. Take care:)
