In my attempt to step away from the shimmer and glitter (before my hair lost 9 inches), I thought I'd do a simple matte look but wanted to add a special touch. I don't use minty, pastel colors very often so this time I added just a touch of it to my inner corners. The result ended up being a gorgeous glow of mint that really stood out against all the flatness of the mattes (the glow unfortunately didn't show up true to form).
The mint green that I used was a Limited Edition MAC eyeshadow called Aquavert. If you don't have it, there are quite a few dupes out there, one being in the Coastal Scents 88 shimmer palette. Another dupe is the Benefit Lust Duster in Moon Doggie.
I also used colors from the Too Faced Natural Eye Palette for this look. If you don't have it, any combination of matte neutrals that are the same, lighter, and darker than your own skintone would be perfect.

Simple, yet very pretty.
This is SO pretty! I'm going to recreate this tomorrow!
Simple and very beautiful... I always love your liner effect.
Love the pop of color!
Such a pretty idea! Def going to have a go at re-creating this, a pop of colour looks a lot easier to pull off than a full lid.
stunning!!!!!!!!!! so easy to recreate love it
It's soooooo pretty, but so simple.
I think the pop of color in the inner corner makes it amazing! lol
You need to do an eyeliner tutorial so I can steal how you apply it. haha! :)

I don't normally look good in greens and thanks for the inspiration I finally find a way to wear green. I'm going to give it a try!
