Starry Night Eyes

I tend to stay away from extremely dark blues and silvers but I decided to give them another try with this look. Keeping the dark blue low on my lid, blending upward into a more skintoned color really seemed to work better for me rather than bringing the blue high up on my browbone.

With the added touch of sliver glitter this look would be perfect for a night out, especially with New Years coming up!

  1. I love that your camera picks up the silver glitter. This look is lovely. You can rock any color girl!

PS: Thanks for responding to my e-mail. Your advice helped me a lot! I'm back to using brow powder though. I honestly think there's no other way for me to do my brows. Heheh

  2. Mac eyeshadow contract? Do u mean Contrast?

  3. Are you sure this is Mac´s Contrast? I doesn´t looks like contrast, more like sea&sky. Contrast is not that intense blue, more darker in my opinion.

  4. @JustMe: Yes! I meant Contrast. Haha! I fixed it though. Thank you! :)

@Anonymous: This is definitely Contrast. It doesn't look as dark because I put it over a blue base from Loreal Hip that is close to the color of MAC's Deep Truth. So, the base under Contrast toned down its darkness.

  8. I'm surprised as others that the color is MAC Contrast as it looks somewhat as that Deep Truth color. However, this look is very pretty. Another fave. ^_^

  17. I tend to stay away from blues too, but keeping them below the crease makes a huge difference. Love this look!
