Deep berry, dark plum, burnt red...if it's deep and vampy, it's a perfect lip color for fall. If you don't have the perfect fall lipcolor, or if you just want more, here's a way to deepen any lipstick and get that perfect deep shade.
Black lipstick. Yup...that's right. With just a touch or black lipstick (or gloss), any lipcolor can be transformed. I personally use either MAC Black Knight lipstick or MAC Blackware Glimmerglass. The lipstick gives a deeper appearance while the gloss gives a sheerer, softer deepness. These products though, were both Limited Edition.

I love your different ideas for the look!
Today I used Urban Decay's Oil Slick on the lip (because it's a sheer black) and put Blackfire gloss on top. You could barely see the sparkles in it, but it was a nice effect.

I belive you I have black gloss work wonders on colors but I prefer it less shiny
mayb a black lipstick well help also I think.
Definitely try a black lipstick :) I don't like the shiny look when it comes to dark lipsticks either.
I will I think jordana has an affordable one, don't want to spend much in a color I will use for mixing . Do u have any recommendations?
