Using the Two Faced Natural Eye Palette

I absolutely loved wearing colored liner but I don't think I've ever done to different colors at the same time like this. The natural golden eye with the added bit of brightness makes for a fun yet wearable look.


After applying a base, do a wash of a soft, matte skintoned color from lid to brow. This will make for a smooth, less sticky base to keep the look subtle. Also, this color works for my skintone (although it is a bit lighter) but for darker skintones it'd be more appropriate to go with something else--even a face powder.
Heaven eyeshadow

Softly apply a gold to your lid, up past the crease.
Honey Poteyeshadow

Lightly darken the outer V with a taupe brown.
Push-Up eyeshadow

Add a bit of shimmer to the inner corner of your eye.

Along your upper lashline apply a line of winged colored liner. I'm using a lime green for this look.

Apply a very thin line of black liner just at the base of your lashes, following the wing of the green liner.

Along your bottom lashline, apply a purple pencil line. Alternatively you can just apply your neutral base and skin the colored base step.

To the inner corner of your bottom lashline, apply the skintoned neutral. To the remainder of your bottom lashline, apply a purple eyeshadow.

Darken just the base of your lower lashes with a dark purple or black.
Top Knot eyeshadow (MAC)

If you haven't, apply your foundation. Also add mascara.
